Giving an open challenge to Revanth Reddy, KTR challenged him to give a lie detector test in front of cameras to prove that he is not involved in phone tapping.

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party working president KT Rama Rao (KTR) has accused Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of tapping the phones of opposition leaders as well as his ministers. Giving an open challenge to Revanth Reddy, KTR challenged him to give a lie detector test in front of cameras to prove that he is not involved in phone tapping. He asserted that CM Revanth Reddy’s government is tapping the phones of not only ministers but also its party leaders.

KTR said that if Revanth has the courage, he should come with me for a public lie detector test and openly declare that he is not involved in phone tapping of ministers or opposition members. The BRS leader also alleged that Revanth Reddy was recently caught with a bag full of Rs 50 lakh in the vote-for-note case, where he tried to buy off an MLA. KTR said how can someone with such a record of unethical actions speak against us.

Attacking the Congress government, the BRS leader expressed disappointment over the performance of the Revanth government and said that the government has failed to fulfill its key promises and guarantees in the first 100 days of its tenure. KTR also hit out at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s inconsistency and questioned why Rahul, who talks about justice, equality and Constitution in Delhi, is silent on the action of the Congress-led government against marginalized communities in Telangana. He urged Rahul Gandhi to focus on saving the communities of Telangana from the Congress-led bulldozer raj which threatens poor communities.
