Political turmoil started in Madhya Pradesh government, BJP accused of giving money to Congress MLA

Last night at around 2 pm, two Congress leaders were seen coming out of a 5 star hotel in Gurugram with Ramabai. Ramabai is an expelled MLA from Mayawati's Bahujan Samaj Party.

Jaywardhan Singh, son of senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh and minister in Madhya Pradesh government, said in a tweet after the MLA was taken out of the hotel, “BJP has tarnished Indian politics. The MLAs were held hostage along with the family. These people want to gain power through money power and muscle power. Kamal Nath government will complete its 5-year term.”

It is being said that the MLAs who are still present in the hotel include Congress MLA HS Dang, Raghuraj Kansana, Bisahulal Singh and Independent MLA Shera Bhaiya. Earlier, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh had earlier alleged that BJP is trying to bribe MLAs of his party to destabilize the state government. Digvijay Singh claimed that former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and another senior BJP leader Narottam Mishra are trying to woo Congress MLAs by paying Rs 25-35 crore.
