In this series, for better coordination of NDA leaders in the elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda held a meeting with several Union Ministers at the party headquarters on Tuesday, in which the constituent parties of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Some prominent leaders also participated. This meeting has taken place at a time when the campaigning for the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand is going on in full swing. Meanwhile, Lok Sabha and Assembly by-elections are also to be held in some states. Apart from Union Ministers Nirmala Sitharaman, Piyush Goyal, CR Patil and Dharmendra Pradhan, Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Jayant Chaudhary of Rashtriya Lok Dal and Prataprao Jadhav representing Shiv Sena were present in this meeting. Although there has been no official statement on the agenda of the meeting, sources said its objective is to create coordination and coordination for the voting to be held on November 13 and 20 in view of the assembly elections.

While in Maharashtra, voting is to be held in one phase on 20th November, while in Jharkhand, voting is to be held in two phases on 13th and 20th November. Counting of votes will take place in both the states on November 23.
