Some people stabbed a 38-year-old man to death in the early hours of Friday in Delhi’s Dwarka area. The police got information about this incident which took place on Hastsal Road of Uttam Nagar at around 2.50 in the night.
A senior police officer said that on reaching the spot, they learned that property dealer Gagan Oberoi was taken to the hospital after the incident and died during treatment.
The victim’s nephew Aryan Oberoi told police that Gagan was standing outside his house when some people quarreled with him and one of them stabbed him in the thigh, the officer said.
Based on the complaint an FIR has been registered. The police have started investigation to find out the exact reason for the murder. An officer said that the accused has been identified and several police teams are busy searching for him.
