SP delegation will reach Sambhal on December 30 to provide assistance to the families of those killed in the violence that took place on November 24 in Sambhal. The 11-member SP delegation, including Leader of Opposition in UP Assembly Mata Prasad Pandey, will reach Sambhal. Sambhal’s SP MP Ziaur Rahman Burke will also be included in the delegation.
Let us tell you that in the violence that took place in Sambhal on November 24, four people were killed, while 29 policemen were injured. After this incident, Samajwadi Party issued a press release on 29 November and a 15-member delegation was to reach Sambhal on 30 November and submit the report of the violence to the party high command. Apart from this, checks of the assistance amount issued by the party were also to be provided to the affected families, but the Sambhal district administration had issued orders to completely ban the entry of outsiders till December 10. After this the SP delegation did not reach Sambhal.
SP delegation will reach Sambhal after the ban ends
However, after the ban period is over, the SP delegation will now reach Sambhal on 30th December i.e. tomorrow. Samajwadi Party District President Asghar Ali Ansari confirmed this and said that the 11-member delegation of Samajwadi Party will reach the guest house of Sambhal Sadar tomorrow on December 30 at around 12:30 pm. In this delegation, Leader of Opposition in UP Assembly Mata Prasad Pandey, Leader of Opposition Legislative Council Uttar Pradesh Lal Bihari Yadav, besides MPs Harendra Malik, Ruchi Veera, Iqra Hasan, Ziaur Rehman Burke, Neeraj Maurya, besides SP MLAs Kamal Akhtar, Iqbal Mahmood, Pinky Yadav will be included.
Apart from this, SP District President Asgar Ali Ansari himself will also be included in the delegation. SP District President said that SP’s delegation will be received from the families of the victims of the violence that took place on November 24 and checks for assistance issued by the party high command will be distributed to them. On the other hand, Sambhal District Magistrate Dr. Rajendra Pensia said that Section 163 BNS is applicable in the district, hence no one will visit the homes of the families of those killed in the violence. He told that the victims’ families can come to the guest house only and it is only here that the SP delegation can meet them.
