Who is Sardar Harsharan Singh and Gurmeet Singh Rinku?
Sardar Harsharan Singh Balli has been MLA from Hari Nagar seat of Delhi four times. Harsharan Singh was elected MLA for the first time in 1993 and for the last time in 2013. He has been a minister in Madan Lal Khurana government. During this period, he took charge of many departments including industry, labour, jail, language and Gurudwara administration.
In 2013, Bally joined Congress after not getting ticket from BJP. During this time, he had contested the elections on Congress ticket, but he had to face defeat in the elections from the Aam Aadmi Party candidate. After this he again joined BJP and joined Aam Aadmi Party in 2020. Now he has again joined BJP along with his son. Let us tell you, his son Gurmeet Singh Rinku was the young face of Aam Aadmi Party.
