He said one of the accused in the incident, Rinku (20), is a rape accused. The rape case was registered at a Ghaziabad police station in February and the accused came out of jail on bail earlier this month.
According to the complaint filed by the victim’s family to the police, the minor girl was shot dead while she was returning home with her brother and mother on a motorcycle. The family alleges that Rinku and his accomplice stopped them on the way and opened fire.
