SP chief Akhilesh Yadav's first reaction on Bahraich violence, questions raised on Yogi government
Politics has intensified regarding the violence in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has raised questions on the Yogi government. Regarding the violence in Bahraich, Akhilesh Yadav said that first of all, I would like to appeal that all concerned parties should work towards maintaining law and order. What happened is unfortunate. He said in a sarcastic tone that the administration, government and media know why this happened. The government should do justice.

Akhilesh Yadav said that when the procession started, the administration should have taken care of its route, adequate security on the route, adequate police deployment. If I tell you what was playing on those loudspeakers, the government will say something else. But the administration should have at least paid attention to what was being played on the loudspeakers, were they insulting anyone? So the entire responsibility was of the administration and the government. He further said that such a big incident happened due to the negligence of the administration. The government, administration and their vote bank politics are responsible for whatever is happening in Bahraich and other places.
The SP chief said that they are doing this deliberately. I appeal to the people to understand the tactics of BJP, they want to take political advantage by spreading hatred and dividing the society. Police have registered a case against one person and detained around 30 people in connection with the communal violence that broke out in a village in Bahraich district on Sunday. One person had died in this violence.
