Rajnath said that I want to ask Congress President Kharge ji, what blue print, what road map do you have for providing reservation to the thousands and lakhs of castes for their welfare?
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh addressed an election rally in Khunti, Jharkhand. Rajnath said that Congress party leaders demand to conduct caste census every day. In the year 2011, a socio-economic caste census was conducted in which about 46 lakh castes, sub-castes and gotras were identified. This number was so huge that the report was not made public. He questioned what Congress wants to do by opening this caste box and whose reservation it wants to cut.
Rajnath said that I want to ask Congress President Kharge ji, what blue print, what road map do you have for providing reservation to the thousands and lakhs of castes for their welfare? He claimed that the Congress party is misleading in the name of caste reservation. Their leaders should be asked what arrangements they will make for reservation for different castes. Until they respond, they should not be supported.
The BJP leader said that illegal infiltrators have come to Jharkhand. The situation is so bad that even Saraswati Vandana has to be banned in schools. Now incidents of stone pelting have started happening here even during festivals. The poison of communalism is spreading rapidly in Jharkhand. He said that the NDA government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi took effective action against Naxalism in the entire country, as a result of which today Naxalite violence has almost ended in most of the districts of the country including Jharkhand. Naxalism will end in the country.
He said that in the 2012 presidential election, BJP had fielded PA Sangma, a tribal from the North-East, as its candidate, and in 2017, it fielded Ramnath Kovind from the Dalit community. Today a daughter of the tribal community has become the President of India. He clearly said that if anyone has done the maximum work of toppling the elected state governments in this country, then the Congress party has done it. Whereas Modiji has not done the work of toppling even a single state government.
