Lucknow. A case of trying to spread communal tension has come to light in Barabanki district adjacent to Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Here, after protesting against drinking alcohol and eating cooked meat outside the temple, Sadhvi has accused people of non-community of entering her house and committing murderous assault and indecency. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case and arrested three accused. However, preliminary police investigation has only confirmed the allegation of assault.
In fact, in the main town under Deva Kotwali, there is a temple of Lord Shiva located behind Verma Market on Deva-Kursi road, whose sadhvi is Jyoti Singh, daughter of Balveer Singh. They allege that during the Deva fair, residents of the town, Mujeeb, son of Ghulam Dastagir, Pillu. Son Nisar, Junaid and some other people were cooking meat and drinking alcohol in front of Sadhvi’s residence and temple. When Sadhvi refused, the accused started arguing. The victim complained on dial 112 and called the police. Due to this enmity, on the evening of 11th November, the accused drank alcohol and ate meat and threw bones in front of the temple with the intention of creating a dispute. When the victim protested, the accused abused her. Made a fatal attack with a sharp weapon. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case of attempt to murder and indecency and arrested the three named accused. After the misdeeds of the bullies, the victim has made a video narrating the entire incident and pleaded for justice.

Faiyaz had gone to Junaid’s house with the woman, where after a dispute with his wife, the accused attacked Jyoti Singh. All other allegations were found false. A case has been registered in the case and the accused have been arrested.
