New Delhi: Heavy rain has occurred at isolated places in the northeastern states during the last 24 hours. According to the Meteorological Department, there has been heavy rain in Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland and Meghalaya during the next 24 hours.

Light rain may occur in Madhubani, Sitamarhi, Sheohar, Darbhanga, Gopalganj, Saran, Siwan, Kishanganj, Munger, Araria and Supaul.
