Lucknow. The Hindu side has taken refuge in the judiciary demanding the possession of Jama Masjid in Sambhal district of western Uttar Pradesh, calling it Harihar Temple. Eight litigants, including Rishi Raj Giri of Sambhal’s Kaila Devi temple, have filed the suit in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Aditya Kumar Singh at Chandausi. The court has constituted a commission and sought a report. The next hearing has been fixed for November 29. On behalf of Supreme Court advocate Harishankar Jain, his son Vishnu Shankar Jain has filed a suit in the court. The Hindu side requested that a court commissioner be appointed for the survey of the disputed premises and videography and photography of the survey be done. The court appointed Ramesh Singh as Survey Commissioner in this case.

On the other hand, the Court Commissioner said that only preliminary survey has been done. In which there was cooperation from police and administration. The measurement of the mosque has not been done yet. The survey process will still continue. Only after that the survey report will be presented in the court. We have a week’s time for this.
Vishnu Shankar Jain said that it is believed that Kalki incarnation of Lord Vishnu will take place at this place. Therefore this place is an important place of worship for the entire society. A civil claim has been filed in front of Chandausi located in Senior Division, Sambhal. So that the truth about Harihar Temple can come before the court. The Court Commissioner arrived with police and administration officials at around 6 pm on Tuesday evening for the survey of Jama Masjid. During this time a large number of people gathered outside the mosque. The police somehow removed the crowd. Sadar Zafar Ali Advocate and other members of the Mosque Committee started the survey along with the Advocate Commissioner. During the survey of about one and a half hour, photographs and videography of every part of the mosque were taken.
