To a question by Congress MP Jairam Ramesh, “How can we celebrate Aasan?” In response, Jagdeep Dhankhar said that we have historically convinced the Speaker only by demonstrating the highest standards of compliance with the rules. And as I indicated yesterday, the Speaker’s decision should inspire respect, not challenge. Emphasizing the importance of the House and its role in nation building, the Chairman said, “This House is more than just a house of debate. Our national sentiment has to resonate from here. Parliamentary disruption is not a solution, it is a chore, it weakens our foundation… We must maintain your relevance.
He also urged the MPs to join Artha Samvad to promote nationalism. He further said that Honorable Members, when we engage in this type of conduct, we deviate from constitutional rules. We turn away from our duties. It is our duty to nurture nationalism. I urge all of you to adopt the spirit of meaningful dialogue. He said that we should not insult the spirit of the Constitution.

Immediately after this, Congress’s Pramod Tiwari raised a point of order after the notice was rejected and reiterated the demand for discussion on the Adani issue. He said that this is a very serious issue and is related to the economy of the country. Chairman Dhankhar told Tiwari that none of his words would go on record. Pointing towards the Chairman, Pramod Tiwari said that without you sir, not even a leaf can move. On this, Jagdeep Dhankhar interrupted and said that you should tell this to Jairam Ramesh ji also. He is a very good friend of mine. I look forward to giving that consent. But there are some rules.
