Pakistan Cricket Board: The Pakistani cricket team has been performing very poorly for some time now. It started with the ODI World Cup 2023. The luck of the Pakistani team could not change even in the T20 World Cup 2024 and the result remained the same. Then the remaining task was done by Pakistan by losing the Test series for the first time against Bangladesh.
PCB has organized a connection camp
Now the Pakistan cricket team is being criticized everywhere. Questions are being raised on captain Babar Azam and the team management. The Pakistan Cricket Board has organized a Special Connection Camp at a local hotel in Lahore on Monday (September 23), which aims to establish a clear opinion for the future of Pakistan cricket. According to the press release issued by the PCB, 9 cricketers will come together in this camp.
9 players will be included in the camp
These include Babar Azam (Pakistan’s limited overs captain), Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Rizwan, Saim Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Saud Shakeel, Shadab Khan, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Shan Masood (Pakistan’s Test captain). They will be accompanied by national team head coaches Jason Gillespie and Gary Kirsten, assistant coach Azhar Mahmood and high performance specialist David Reid.
