Australia’s top order batted brilliantly on the first day of the Boxing Day Test. Four batsmen scored half-centuries in the top order. In this way, a big record was created for 9 years in the history of Border-Gavaskar Trophy i.e. BGT. Actually, this has happened in the history of BGT after 2015 when 4 top order batsmen of Australia have scored half-centuries in a test match. Earlier this feat was seen in the Sydney Test in 2015.
