Whereas Shadab Khan is at fourth and fifth position with 104 matches and Mohammad Rizwan with 103 matches.

Babar Azam broke another big record in this match which was earlier jointly held in the name of Shoaib Malik and Fakhar Zaman. Babar Azam has now become the player who has taken the most catches as a fielder in T20 International for Pakistan. In which he broke the records of both these players by taking catches of Jack Fraser McGurk and Matthew Short in the first T20 match against Australia. Babar has so far taken 52 catches in T20 International.
