As soon as Rohit lost the match, a shameful record has been registered in his name. He has become the third Indian captain under whose captaincy India has lost a Test match against New Zealand at home. Due to this, the Indian team under the captaincy of Dilip Vengsarkar and Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi has lost the test match against New Zealand at home. The New Zealand team has played 38 test matches on Indian soil, in which it has won three and lost 17 tests. 17 test matches have been drawn.
