Sarfaraz made his Test debut for the Indian team in the year 2024 against England. After this, he has scored 200 runs in a total of 3 test matches, which included three half-centuries. His average was 50.00. Once he is at the crease, it becomes difficult to get him out and in the last few series, he has scored mountains of runs in domestic cricket. Apart from this, he has scored 4183 runs in 50 first class matches and 629 runs in 37 List-A matches.
