A huge crowd gathered in Kanpur to welcome Team India
India vs Bangladesh Kanpur Test: The teams of India and Bangladesh are now ready for the second match. After winning in Chennai, the Indian cricket team has now reached Kanpur under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. The team landed in Kanpur a short while ago. During this, a huge crowd gathered to see the players of the Indian team. A test match is going to be held in Kanpur’s Green Park after almost three years, so there is tremendous enthusiasm among the fans there. It is expected that Team India will defeat Bangladesh here too.
Team India is ready to compete again after rest
The first match between India and Bangladesh in Chennai ended in the first session on the fourth day, so the team got enough time to rest. Now today, i.e. on Tuesday, the Indian team has reached Kanpur. Some videos of this have surfaced, where fans are seen desperate to get a glimpse of their favorite stars. However, strict security arrangements have been made for the players, so fans were taking photos and making videos from a distance.
The match will be played on September 27 from 9.30 am
The second match of the series is at Green Park. This match will start on 27th September i.e. Friday. If we talk about the time of the match, then this match will also start at 9:30 in the morning. The toss will take place half an hour before this, i.e. around 9 o’clock. However, from the second day onwards, the teams will be seen on the field directly at 9 o’clock. It will be interesting to see how long this match lasts. It is believed that the pitch will be helpful for spinners, so the match can end in three days only. However, there is a possibility of rain as well, which will keep interrupting the match in between. Local star Kuldeep Yadav is also likely to play in this match.
In the year 2021, a test was held in Kanpur with New Zealand
Earlier in the year 2021, a match was played here between India and New Zealand. This was also Shreyas Iyer’s debut Test match. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were not in this match, so the responsibility of captaincy was on the shoulders of Ajinkya Rahane. Shreyas Iyer played a brilliant innings of 105 runs here. The match which lasted for five days could not be decided and it ended in a draw. It will be very interesting to see what happens this time.
