CREDAI launches ‘housing app’, will be able to directly connect with builders


Credai (CREDAI), the apex body of private sector real estate developers, has introduced ‘Credai Housing App’ to help home buyers. This app provides direct connectivity to national and international home buyers and developers. This app provides information related to the project of members spread across 220 cities of CREDAI.

CREDAI said in a release that the purpose of this app is to provide a reliable platform to home buyers, so that they can identify their favorite project and contact the developers directly. The housing app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Declaration was held in November 2019

The initiative was announced by Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri during the ‘First National RERA Conference’ held on 4 November 2019 in Lucknow.

20000 developers will participate

CREDAI said that this app will show projects in 220 cities and it will see nationwide participation of 20,000 developers related to CREDAI. Jai Shah, president of CREDAI, said that the realty sector has become more regulated and efficient by adopting technology. The ‘Housing App’ developed by CREDAI is a step towards bringing transparency and building trust between developers and home buyers by leveraging the technology.
