Doorstep delivery will be available for diesel, ‘Humsafar’ mobile app launched


Hotels, hospitals and housing societies in the National Capital Region will soon be able to get delivery of diesel at their homes. For this, a mobile application named ‘Humsafar’ was launched on Monday. Labor Minister Santosh Gangwar said in the program organized on the occasion of the introduction of the app that the oil and gas sector remains strategically important for the country and it is ready to bring new changes. New technology ideas like Humsafar will bring new technology. This will also help in employment generation among other things. This will have a positive impact on the wholesale customers of diesel along with the economy.

The app will be used by housing societies, hotels, malls, construction sites, industries and other bulk diesel buyers for diesel delivery. The facility will currently be available in Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Hapur, Kundli, Manesar and Bahudargarh.

Sanya Goyal, director and founder of Humsafar, said that the objective of starting this service is to bring fuel to the big buyers of diesel like malls, hotels, housing societies without any hindrance. This will eliminate the unsafe activities of transport of fuel and ensure safe transport system through Humsafar Delivery Dispenser.

Humsafar has 12 tankers. Their capacity is from four thousand to six thousand liters. Apart from the team of these tankers, Humsafar has an experienced team of 35 people.
