Country T.P. Gopalan Nambiar, founder of the leading electronics company BPL Group, passed away on Thursday. The family members of T.P. Gopalan Nambiar have shared this bad news. According to the family, 94 year old Gopalan Nambiar was ill for some time. A family member said that BPL Group founder Gopalan Nambiar breathed his last at around 10.15 am today. T. P. Gopalan Nambiar has a special connection with both the states of Kerala and Karnataka.
T.P. Gopalan Nambiar was the father-in-law of former Union Minister Rajiv Chandrashekhar.
On the demise of T.P. Gopalan Nambiar, former Chief Minister of Karnataka B. S. Yediyurappa said in a social media post, “Saddened by the news of the demise of BPL Group founder T.P. Gopalan Nambiar.
