Who is eligible for this scheme?
The Chief Minister of Delhi clarified that every woman living in the capital and a registered voter can avail the benefits of this scheme. However, women falling in certain categories will not get the benefit of this scheme.
What are the criteria for eligibility?
- Women resident of Delhi and women having Voter ID card with Delhi address can avail the benefit of this scheme.
- The age of the woman should be 18 years or more as on December 12, 2024 (date of notifying the scheme).

- Voter ID card showing Delhi address
- PAN Card, Birth Certificate, Secondary High School Certificate or any other document showing age of 18 years or above as on December 12, 2024.
When will women beneficiaries get the installment?
According to Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, the announcement of election dates will decide when the funds will be deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries. The Election Commission of India (ECI) is likely to announce the date of Delhi Elections 2025 soon. The Delhi Chief Minister said that she hoped that the beneficiaries should get at least one or two installments before March 31, 2025.
