Born on 6 October 1963 in Darbhanga, Bihar, Sanjay Mishra’s father was an officer in the Government of India. But Sanjay Mishra had little interest in studies. But having a special place in his heart for art, Sanjay Mishra took admission in NSD and learned the qualities of acting. Here he met classmates like Tigmanshu Dhulia. After studying from National School of Drama, Sanjay Mishra dreamed of films and moved to Mumbai.
Started career with a serial named Chanakya
In 1990, Sanjay Mishra got work in a serial named Chanakya and his career started from here. Sanjay Mishra, who has the ability to bring life to all types of characters, played different characters in the beginning. Sanjay Mishra worked in artistic films as well as commercial films and played many memorable characters. Sanjay Mishra has worked in more than 205 films so far. Along with this, he is working on more than 25 projects. Sanjay Mishra’s childhood was spent gathering dust in the streets of Banaras. It was from here that the seeds of art sprouted in his mind.
