This step has been taken by the company at a time when it has been continuously losing customers for the last several months. SIM users are going to suffer a big loss due to Vi’s new decision. Vi made changes in the plan of Rs 289
If you use Vodafone Idea SIM then now you are going to get less benefits in the plan of Rs 289. Vi has reduced the validity of this recharge plan. The company was initially offering 48 days validity to its customers in this recharge plan. Along with this, you are given unlimited free calling, data and daily 100 SMS for all networks. However, now customers will get only 40 days validity in this Rs 289 recharge plan.
Changes made in Rs 479 plan also
Vi’s Rs 479 plan is a long validity plan. In this plan, the company was offering 56 days validity to the customers. Apart from this, unlimited calling for all networks is also offered to the customers in this plan. Vi has reduced its validity by 8 days. Now you will get only 48 days validity in it. Along with validity, Vi has also cut data benefits. In this recharge plan, earlier customers were given 1.5GB data daily but now only 1GB data will be available daily. Apart from this, you also get 100 free SMS daily in the pack.
