Dira Gandhi also tried to convince senior Trudeau to support the Khalistani movement but he did not agree. Now his son Justin Trudeau is also repeating the same mistake. Actually, this incident happened when Justin Trudeau’s father Pierre Trudeau was the Prime Minister of Canada.

Relations between India and Canada are becoming increasingly sour. Canada is continuously worsening its relations with India over the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Before Justin Trudeau, his father Pierre Trudeau had also repeated the same mistake which the Canadian Prime Minister is making today. At that time, the then Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi had organized a class for senior Trudeau but he did not understand. Then he and 329 families had to suffer the consequences of this and later regretted it a lot. Indira Gandhi also tried to persuade senior Trudeau to support the Khalistani movement but he did not agree.

Now his son Justin Trudeau is also repeating the same mistake. Actually, this incident happened when Justin Trudeau’s father Pierre Trudeau was the Prime Minister of Canada. He held power as the Prime Minister of Canada from 1968 to 1979 and again from 1980 to 1984. Incidentally, during this period, Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister of India. During that time, in view of the growing Khalistani movement in India, he had demanded the extradition of Khalistani Talwinder Singh Parmar to India. But the government of Piero Trudeau had rejected it saying that India considers the Queen of Britain as the head of the Commonwealth but is a member. Therefore he will not make any kind of extradition. Therefore the Commonwealth cannot invoke an extradition treaty.

Later, on June 23, 1983, Khalistani terrorists living in Canada planted a bomb in an Air India plane and blew it up. In which 329 people died. Kanishka, an Air India flight from Montreal to New Delhi, was bombed in Irish airspace on June 23, 1985. The plane crashed into the Atlantic Ocean. 329 people were killed in this terrorist attack. Most of whom were Canadian citizens of Indian origin. The plane was about 45 minutes away from London’s Heathrow Airport when the bomb exploded. During this time, Talwinder Singh Parmar, the chief of Khalistani terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa, was the mastermind of the Air India plane crash. Many people blame Piero Trudeau for this plane attack because Trudeau ignored Indira Gandhi’s advice to save Parmar.
