Another cruel incident
Let us tell you that this horrific incident has happened at a time when cases of sexual assault on women have increased in the Big Apple. In May this year, police had arrested a man in connection with a brutal sexual assault in which a man wrapped a belt around a woman’s neck, dragged her behind a car and raped her. Police arrested the suspect, 39-year-old Kashan Parks, on May 14. The incident happened on May 1 near East 152nd Street and Third Avenue.
