A US judge has postponed his decision to overturn President-elect Donald Trump’s conviction for paying off a ‘pornstar’ after the Supreme Court granted the president immunity from trial.

New York Judge Juan M. Marchen was scheduled to issue a ruling Tuesday. But, he told Trump’s lawyers that he was postponing the decision till November 19. In an emailed request, Trump’s lawyers requested to postpone the decision until the weekend, arguing that “there are strong reasons for requesting a postponement, and ultimately the case should be dismissed in the interest of justice.”
