Gladkov said that the mother and seven-month-old sister of the child injured in the incident have been admitted to the hospital.

Ukraine’s General Staff said a Ukrainian drone targeted a major fuel depot in the Oryol region in southern Russia at night. Photographs published by the General Staff and Russian Telegram news channels showed huge plumes of smoke rising from the fuel depot. Oryol Governor Andrey Klychkov has confirmed that a Ukrainian drone strike caused a fire at a fuel depot there. Later, he said in a separate post that the fire had been brought under control and there were no casualties.
