The platform directly addresses the long-standing teacher shortage, especially in rural areas, and makes recruitment more efficient and transparent. By the beginning of 2024 alone, more than 11,000 teaching positions were filled through this portal, which is a significant progress in addressing the educational gap. Candidates now have less chances of getting delayed in the selection process due to bureaucracy.

Talking about the recent Maharashtra Police recruitment, in which more than 1.7 million applications were received for 17,000 constable posts. The recruitment process was completely digital.
