The shooter of Baba Siddiqui murder case is a resident of Gandara village of Kaiserganj. His four other associates have also been arrested. The team took them with them to Delhi. First of all, Mumbai Crime Branch and STF personnel reached near Hada Basehari village in four Innova vehicles.

The main shooter of the murder case, who was fleeing to Nepal after killing Baba Siddiqui in Mumbai, was caught in action by a joint team of Mumbai Crime Branch and STF on the late night of 10 October in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. These people were preparing to flee from here to Nepal, but the team laid a trap in such a way that they were caught. Along with this, the team has also caught four of his helpers who helped the shooter. The team took action near Handa Basehari village of Nanpara Kotwali area. The shooter was planning to escape to Nepal with his companions by Shiva Roadways bus.

The shooter is a resident of Gandara village of Kaiserganj. His four other associates have also been arrested. The team took them with them to Delhi. Some suspicious youths were taken down from the bus and taken to a nearby hotel. Here everyone interrogated the suspects for about two hours. After this the team took everyone with them. The team got the main gate of the hotel closed during the interrogation. No one was allowed inside. STF team included in-charge Pramesh Kumar Shukla, sub-inspector Javed Alam Siddiqui etc. The team has confirmed the shooter’s escape to Nepal.
