Lucknow. Azad Samaj Party national president and Nagina MP Chandrashekhar Azad met SP leader Azam Khan’s son Abdullah Azam in Hardoi jail on October 11. During this meeting, Chandrashekhar said that the relationship between him and Abdullah Azam is not political but family. He said that the Azam family has always helped him in his difficulties, and today he has reached jail to further strengthen this bond. Chandrashekhar also told that when he had thought of meeting Abdullah in jail, it was thought that he would be upset, but when he met him, his freshness and confidence proved that Abdullah is a brave person and Fighting their battle with courage.
Talking to journalists after this meeting, Chandrashekhar said that he will fight this struggle not alone but with his entire party, from the streets to the Parliament. He also made it clear that those in power are putting pressure on Abdullah Azam, and his family and supporters will stand against it. Chandrashekhar said that this fight is not only against Abdullah Azam, but in favor of his family and all the oppressed people.

Chandrashekhar warned the government that if any conspiracy was hatched in future, his party and supporters would oppose this atrocity at any cost. He said, “When the government changes, those filing these fake cases will be taken into special consideration.” Chandrashekhar clarified that his struggle is not limited to politics only, but it will rise like a storm, which will wake up every person who is ignoring the injustice being done to the weaker sections of the society.
