Hemant Soren's counterattack on BJP, will not allow NRC and Uniform Civil Code to be implemented in Jharkhand
Hitting back at the BJP after Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in Jharkhand, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said neither the UCC nor the National Register of Citizens (NRC) will be allowed. The Jharkhand Chief Minister stressed that the state will follow only the Chhotanagpur Tenancy (CNT) and Santhal Pargana Tenancy (SPT) Act to protect tribal culture, land and rights.

Hemant Soren said that neither UCC nor NRC will be implemented here. Jharkhand will be completely dependent on Chhotanagpur Tenancy and Santhal Pargana Tenancy Act. He said that these people (BJP) are spewing poison and they do not care about tribals, indigenous people, Dalits or backward communities. Earlier on Sunday, Amit Shah said that although the UCC will be implemented, it will be ensured that tribal rights are not affected.
Assam CM and Jharkhand BJP co-in-charge Himanta Biswa Sarma has made a big claim about the state. He said that if NRC and UCC are not implemented then infiltrators will capture the entire Jharkhand. In his statement, Himanta said that we will have to conduct NRC and such surveys to identify infiltrators in Jharkhand. Yesterday Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that we will bring UCC but will keep the tribals away from it. If NRC and UCC are not implemented then infiltrators will capture the entire Jharkhand. He clearly said that Hemant Soren wants infiltrators to come because they are his vote bank.

BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said that elections are going to be held in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. On one hand, the Bharatiya Janata Party is talking about development, following its basic mantra, and talking about uniting the residents of the country and the state, while on the other hand, the opposition has only one objective – first divide, only then let the infiltrators enter. , cut that. He said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah has clearly said that the infiltrators will be selectively expelled. On the other hand, the basic mantra of JMM and Congress is – they will marry infiltrators selectively.
