Lucknow. Strict action has been taken against the jailed Samajwadi Party MLA from Bhadohi district of Uttar Pradesh, Zahid Jamal Baig, and his wife, who is absconding after his son. Due to which the family’s difficulties have increased. On disobeying the order, the MPMLA court has ordered attachment of the three-storey house located in the locality owned by the MLA. A case has been registered against his absconding wife Seema Baig under section 209.
Let us tell you that a maid had committed suicide by hanging herself in the house of Bhadohi SP MLA Zahid Jamal Baig in the locality. In this case, the police had registered a case against MLA Zahid Baig along with his wife Seema Baig and son Zaim Baig in other cases including child labour, bonded labor and abetment to suicide. The police arrested the son in this case. After which the MLA surrendered in the MPMLA court. At present, MLA Prayagraj’s maternal grandmother and son Jaim are lodged in Varanasi jail.
On the other hand, the court had ordered his absconding wife to appear in the court. Bhadohi Police Inspector Kamlesh Kumar filed a case against the MLA’s wife under Section 209 for not appearing in the court even after the time of court notice had passed. On the charge of disobeying the court’s order, the court has ordered the attachment of his three-storey house located in the proprietary locality. ASP Dr. Tejbir Singh said that the court has ordered the attachment of the residence of the SP MLA of Bhadohi. The order will be complied with soon.
