On the occasion of the raising day of National Security Guard (NSG) on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the soldiers of this contingent deployment force and their families and said that every countryman is proud of its contribution in the security of the country.
“On the occasion of NSG Raising Day, India salutes all NSG personnel who are known for their unwavering dedication, courage and determination in protecting the nation,” the Prime Minister said in a post on social media platform X.
His commitment to defend our nation against threats is commendable. There is no match to his bravery and his professionalism. NSG was established in 1984.
Its soldiers assist the central paramilitary forces in anti-terrorist activities and anti-kidnapping activities. This force is used to deal with special situations.
