India vs Bangladesh 2nd Test: The Indian team won the second test match in spectacular style by 7 wickets and won the series 2-0. India won its 18th consecutive Test series at home and on home soil Team India has not lost a Test series since 2013. In the second test match against Bangladesh, two days were lost to rain. Indian batsmen scored runs quickly
Team India batted for 34.4 overs in the first innings against Bangladesh and scored a total of 285 runs during this period. Then KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal had scored half-centuries. Indian batsmen scored runs rapidly in the first innings. Even when bowler Akash Deep came to bat, he scored 12 runs in 5 balls, which included two sixes. India equaled England’s record
The special thing was that Team India’s batsmen did not play any maiden over in both the innings. This is the first time that India has not played any maiden over in a Test match and has won the Test match. Team India has equaled England’s 85 year old record. The England team did not play a single maiden over in the Test match against South Africa in the year 1939 and then it won the match by an innings and 13 runs.
Jaiswal scored half-centuries in both the innings
Yashasvi Jaiswal proved to be the biggest hero from Team India. He scored half-centuries in both innings of the match. He scored both half-centuries in less than 50 balls. He scored 72 runs in the first innings and 51 runs in the second innings. Ravichandran Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, KL Rahul performed amazingly. Ashwin was given the Player of the Series award for his excellent performance.
