Indian Women Team: The Indian women’s hockey team has won the Asian Champions Trophy 2024 title by defeating China 1-0. Indian players showed amazing performance in the final. Deepika scored the only goal in the match for India. The Indian women’s hockey team maintained its dominance throughout the tournament and did not lose a single match. By defeating China, India won the Asian Champions Trophy title for the third time and also equaled South Korea. Now Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar congratulated the Indian women’s hockey team on winning the Asian Champions Trophy and announced a cash prize of Rs 10 lakh for each player of the team.
