Celebrity paparazzi account Viray Bhayani has also shared a post regarding this accident. It has been told in the post that a crew member has died due to electric shock on the set of the show. After the incident, he was taken to the hospital, but he died during treatment. This incident happened when the crew member was handling some technical things. During this time he accidentally touched the electric wire.
Crew member dies due to electric shock
President of All India Cine Workers Association, Suresh Gupta, has expressed his displeasure regarding this incident and has accused the makers of Anupama of negligence and trying to suppress the matter. While talking to SCREEN, he said- ‘On November 14, a worker lost his life in an accident on the sets of Anupama, whose name was Vineet Kumar Mandal. He worked as a camera attendant, who got electrocuted during the shooting and lost his life. He was 32 years old.

After this incident, it seems that controversies and incidents are becoming the DNA of the popular show Anupama. As far as the controversy is concerned, Anupama’s leading lady- Rupali Ganguly’s step daughter had taken to social media and made several allegations about the latter. After this, Rupali Ganguly’s lawyer filed a defamation suit of Rs 50 crore against her daughter. Amidst all the ongoing tension, the news of the death of a camera assistant working on the sets of Anupama due to electric shock has created a stir everywhere. The camera assistant was on duty at Goregaon Film City in Mumbai at the time of the unfortunate incident.
