New Delhi: The Ministry of External Affairs has given a befitting reply to the India-Canada dispute. Some time ago, in a media briefing, the Indian Foreign Ministry again rejected the allegations made by Trudeau on India in the case of Canadian citizen and Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that Trudeau has no evidence in this matter. He has not yet provided any concrete evidence to India. Let us tell you that there is tension in India-Canada relations due to Trudeau’s baseless allegations. The Ministry of External Affairs said that Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau’s own admission during the public inquiry shows the truth of the allegations made against India. Because he himself has admitted that he did not have evidence against India.

External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, “We have made our position very clear on this particular matter. You must have seen that several press releases have been issued in the last two days, in which our position has been made clear that from September 2023 The Government of Canada has not shared any information with us. Yesterday again a statement was issued after the public inquiry in which Canada has made serious allegations, but has not yet provided any evidence to prove it. Rejects false allegations against its diplomats.

Foreign Ministry’s statement on the allegations against Lawrence Vishnoi

External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, “We had requested the Canadian side a few years ago and recently also for the arrest of people of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. They have not taken any action till now, have not arrested anyone. …They (Government of Canada) are not taking action against such separatist forces under the pretext of freedom of expression…They have not taken any action and there is a political motive behind it.”
