Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin has given a big statement regarding the Ukraine war before the BRICS summit. He said it was difficult to set a deadline for ending the war in Ukraine. However, he also said that I am sure that his country will win in this. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the concern expressed regarding the war in Ukraine. While talking to the media here, the Russian leader said that his country is in favor of talks, but the efforts made in this direction were sabotaged by Ukraine itself. Putin said that Ukraine is not fighting this war, but America and NATO are fighting it, but they too will get tired fighting.
Asked about India’s role in peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, Putin cited the concern expressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called Modi a ‘friend’. Putin said Russia is ‘grateful’ to PM Modi for expressing concern over the Ukraine war. The Russian President further said that it is difficult to set any deadline to end the war. He blamed America and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) for pushing Russia into war and said that his country would be victorious.
Ukraine is fighting on the strength of NATO and America
Putin said that the Ukrainian army on its own cannot deliver weapons to the target with such accuracy. ”It’s all done by NATO professionals. He is fighting on the strength of America, but you know what the difference is.
