In a major breakthrough between the Center and the Opposition in Parliament, MPs from both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha have agreed to hold a debate on the Constitution to commemorate the 75th year of its adoption. There will be debate in Lok Sabha on 13 and 14 November and in Rajya Sabha on 16 and 17 November. The parliamentary deadlock ended when Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla chaired the all-party meeting today.
