Cold wave will continue in these states for the next two days

The Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of cold wave in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir for the next two days, while similar conditions will prevail in Rajasthan from December 17 to 20. Dense fog is prevalent in many districts of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday also.

These districts of UP are in the grip of dense fog

According to the Meteorological Department, there was fog in Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar and Gonda districts on Tuesday morning. Along with this, there is a possibility of fog in many districts including Hardoi, Farrukhabad, Kannauj and Saharanpur for the next two-three days.

Fog will remain in many districts of Haryana and Punjab

According to the Meteorological Department, there is going to be severe cold with dense fog in many districts of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab for the next 2-3 days. Visibility may be reduced due to fog. Frost has been predicted in some areas of Madhya Pradesh. Due to this, cold may increase further in Madhya Pradesh also.

Hisar is the coldest district in Haryana

In view of the increasing cold wave in Haryana, yellow alert of cold wave has been issued in many districts. The Meteorological Department has issued a cold wave alert in many districts including Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hisar, and Rohtak. The Meteorological Department said that the minimum temperature of Hisar was recorded at 1.7 degrees. The daytime mercury has also declined.
