This matter has come to light after a lawyer’s complaint. After the matter came to light, the police caught and arrested the accused. The police are investigating the matter thoroughly.
According to the information, a fake court was caught in Gujarat last year amidst many frauds. During the investigation of this case, Registrar Hardik Desai had filed a complaint against the accused in Ahmedabad. This complaint against accused Morris Samuel Christian was made at Karanj Police Station.
The police investigating this case got information that Morris Samuel Christian had fraudulently ordered mediation regarding the disputed land in the year 2019. When this incident came to light, people were extremely surprised. Police investigation revealed that Christian had set up this court in Vasna area. Here he not only set up the court but also played the role of lawyer, clerk and other court employees.
Police imposed several sections
Police have imposed several sections of IPC against Morris Samuel Christian. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 170, 419, 420, 465, 467 and 471 of IPC. Let us tell you that this is not the first time that a complaint has been registered against him at Maninagar Police Station. Another case is registered against him. In this case, sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 have been imposed against him. After the incident came to light, the police took the accused into custody and started investigating the case.
