According to the information, a fake court was caught in Gujarat last year amidst many frauds. During the investigation of this case, Registrar Hardik Desai had filed a complaint against the accused in Ahmedabad. This complaint against accused Morris Samuel Christian was made at Karanj Police Station.
The police investigating this case got information that Morris Samuel Christian had fraudulently ordered mediation regarding the disputed land in the year 2019. When this incident came to light, people were extremely surprised. Police investigation revealed that Christian had set up this court in Vasna area. Police have imposed several sections of IPC against Morris Samuel Christian. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 170, 419, 420, 465, 467 and 471 of IPC.
