New Delhi: The final match of ‘THE HABANOS CAVALRY GOLD CUP-2024’ was played at Jaipur Polo Ground in the capital Delhi. India TV Chairman and Editor in Chief Rajat Sharma also arrived to watch this match. Managing Director of India TV Ritu Dhawan was also present with him. He was invited as a guest in this tournament. In the final match, there was an exciting contest between Arion Achievers and Jindal Panthers. Vimal Aryan Achievers won the final match by a margin of 7-5. The event started with a spectacular presentation by the Army Pipes and Drums of 5 Rajput Regiment of the Indian Army. Naveen Jindal was captaining Jindal Panthers while Abhimanyu Pathak was captaining Vimal Arians Achievers. There were four players in each team.

rules of the game

  1. The game is played in 4 rounds (periods)
  2. One cycle lasts for 7 minutes.
  3. If the player commits a foul then the game does not stop but if the horse commits a foul then the game stops automatically.
  4. This is the only game in which both male and female players can play together.
  5. The right hand is used for playing while the left hand is used for controlling the horse.

At the end of the fourth round the score was 7-5

Amazing performance by Army Pipes and Drums

The event concluded with an exciting horse ride by the 61st Cavalry Unit of the President’s Bodyguard. This tournament was organized by Chetan Seth, President of Cingari.
