The case we are talking about is from Mysore district which started gaining momentum in the year 2021. According to the English newspaper Times of India, in the year 2021, a child was born in the house of Hunsur couple in Mysore. After this, the woman who became a mother started calling her son ‘Adi’. But this name of the child was not officially registered anywhere. The child’s father did not like this name and this is where the matter started. A fight broke out between the two regarding the name. Actually the husband wanted his son’s name to reflect the name of Lord Shani. After this, the debate between the two regarding the name continued for two years.
The matter reached the court
The matter regarding the name of the son escalated so much that the woman reached the court under section 125 of CRPC. But there the court brought about reconciliation between the two. Assistant government lawyer Soumya M.N. in the court. Gave some suggestions that the couple might like. After this, both husband and wife agreed that the name of the child would be ‘Aryavardhan’. Last Saturday, a 3-year-old child was named Aryavardhan with everyone’s consent in Hunsur. After this the couple forgot the fight between them and then there was a reconciliation between them.
