ICC T20I Rankings: There have been changes in the new T20 rankings released by the ICC, but the feat that India’s Sanju Samson and Nitish Kumar Reddy have done this time is not seen often. Sanju Samson took a huge leap after his first T20 International century
Sanju Samson has been playing T20 matches for India for a long time. But he was not getting consistent opportunities. Meanwhile, perhaps for the first time it happened that Sanju Samson got to play all the matches in the three-match T20 series. This series was played against Bangladesh recently. Sanju Samson could not do much in the first two matches, but in the third match he played a brilliant innings and scored a big century. Earlier he had scored a century in IPL, but this is his first century in T20 International. On the strength of this century, Sanju Samson has achieved a tremendous jump in the ICC T20 rankings.

Sanju Samson has jumped 91 places by scoring a single century. Earlier he was not even in the top 100, but now he has succeeded in reaching the 65th position. That means his name is being seen in the ICC T20 rankings for the first time. Sanju Samson, while opening for India in the third match against Bangladesh, scored 111 runs on only 47 balls. He hit 8 sixes and 11 fours during his innings. Out of these eight sixes, he hit five consecutive sixes in a single over.
Nitish Kumar Reddy jumped 499 places in the ranking of all-rounders.
Meanwhile, if we talk about Nitish Kumar Reddy, it seems that he has made a record. Earlier, Nitish Kumar Reddy has been showing amazing performance for his team Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL, which is why he got a chance to play for Team India also. You probably won’t even believe if you know how many places Nitish Kumar Reddy has jumped. He has jumped 499 places. He has now moved straight up to 60th position. This ranking of his is in the list of all-rounders. His rating is currently 63.
Nitish performed amazingly against Bangladesh
Nitish Kumar also got to play all three matches of the Bangladesh series. He scored 16 not out in the first match. After this, in the second match, he scored 74 runs and also took two wickets for 23 runs. In the third match, he could not do anything with the bat, but took one wicket for 31 runs. Hardly any other player has made such a explosive entry in the ICC rankings before. Now it remains to be seen what kind of performance Nitish Kumar Reddy performs for the Indian team in the future.
